Started leatherwork when my camera strap broke more than a year ago. I decided to make one for myself and fell in love. Have done a few bags and masks and wallets and was able to sell them during the lockdowns. Saved me from bills till my work got going again. I guess I didn't answer the question you asked about the bag. My favorite thing about this bag and what I like the most is the journey it will take to its patina. Its going to age so nicely and be a beautiful piece forever. This type of leather only gets better with age and I love that.

That little back rectangle used to connect all the straps and handles... dang! Never thought of doing it that way to hide all the strap ends. Im definitely going to try and implement that when I try making my first backpack.

I like how the front has the stitching on the inside, and the back has it exposed. also looks like it would sit better that way. I'd like to try something like this someday, but it looks like a lot to hand stitch with leather of that weight. I like the color too.
