Great job! Sometimes it’s just as good to fish a stocked pond and eat or donate the fish cause that’s exactly what they are intended for. Stocked fish rarely live past a season in the wild. Great video!

I've been using this very method to get trout here in the small lakes of Western Washington state near Seattle. Sometimes I use the Powerbait Grubs as an option. Thanks!

There are few things more fun in fishing than watching your Powerbait line cut through the water and that rod slam down with a big trout on it. You can also fish this rig catch and release too by using small circle hooks and being on top of your hooksets when the trout take it.

So I used this rig setup at a pond trying to catch some stocked trout and caught a 15 inch bass ! Almost had 2 but it ran I’m so happy I’ve had the skunk there for like 3 days tried everything I could think of but that rig really was what did it for me amazing video I used Canadian nighthcrawlers

I was fishing some stocked trout in my home town. I was using 4 lb fluorocarbon with a 2 lb leader. Ended up hooking into a 21.5 inch Atlantic salmon. Put up one fun fight for that light of gear.

Stocked trout powerbait eggs is absolutely the way to go (it's what I also use amd it works a treat). It looks just like what they are fed while being raised.
