Stocking and Storing Wines on Private Jets

Thank you, do we order the wine ourselves or will the FBO keep wine stocked for the attendant?

It all depends on the flight operation. Typically, it’s the CFA’s responsibility to order and/or purchase the wines. On private jets, wines tend to be high-quality wines. FBO’s do not stock wine like a store, they will hold wines for you that you provide, if needed to maintain the temperature.

Has anyone else experienced wines stored onboard your aircraft being ruined due to extreme heat or left on for way too long?
