My family's Christmas tradition was a new stuffed animal, that was placed next to us, so we always woke up to a stuffed animal next to us on our bed Christmas morning. It was nice and continued right through high school. It will be a tradition I continue when I have kids.

My family’s stocking tradition is we always have a soda (coke) in our stocking since we were around 8 years old so we could drink it as a treat for Christmas dinner!

I’m really enjoying this series. Im a dad, my husband and I have an almost 4 yr old and an almost 2 yr old. We are not by any means religious, and we also don’t have much family. So for our family the presents pretty much make the holiday. We love to have a day where we all spoil eachother and I love for my kids to have those positive memories to grow old with. No one should judge anyone for the amount of presents they have or don’t have. Every family is gonna be different with different preferences. I think if you can afford to spoil your kids, you definitely should :)

My son is 5 and we started a stocking tradition last year with kinder eggs. He loves them and the toy they come with. I Ioath the cheap little toy EXCEPT the Christmas ones. They come with a cute little ornament and we started collecting them last Christmas. This year he has his own tree in his bedroom and got to decorate with his kinder egg ornaments.

When my kids were little, we gave each one of them a 12 pack of their favorite pop, an entire box of little Debbie bars and a jar of olives. All those were things that were a special treat that were just for them. They loved it so much that as adults (25-36), they draw names for stockings (we use baskets) and always include the 3 special items from their childhood♥️. Traditions are so much fun!

My mom always did and I have continued to do with my little girl is fruit in stocking and socks. Then on Christmas Eve we get to open 1 gift which is usually PJs

We always do Pez and pez dispensers in our kids stockings. I used to get that in mine growing up 🙂

One thing we usually do for our stockings is we get a Terry's orange chocolate (well adults and teenagers) and then the kids and teenagers get a surprise toy like an ooshie or those other surprise toys

So many fun items in the kids stockings! My kids always got a new toothbrush or sure. Lol. The only other stocking tradition i did was put their stocking on their bed as they slept so it was there to dig into when they woke up. Now my kids are adults and go to bed later than I do so stockings are next to the tree.

Omg my son is obsessed with elf on the shelf pretty much our Christmas is full of them lol he def is a collector and it seems every season it’s something new 😂 we have tons of flamingos from summer then Halloween decor and now elf’s everywhere! ❤️ he has ecolayla and quotes so he doesn’t really say why he loves them. We are staring a new tradition this year.. mr 11 is now Santa’s helper and miss 4 won’t realise the change.. but single mum over here. Santa now delivers 1 toy into their Santa sacks. I on the other hand fill three boxes (stacked from biggest to smallest) with things my children will need such as clothes pool toys and swimmer, perfumes, arts, gift voucher etc. My kids always see their dad on Xmas who also buys them presents that most of the time come back to mine. Plus all the Aunties, uncles, friends etc huge over load

Instead of the expensive bath color tabs, use food coloring! It sounds crazy but PROMISE it DOES NOT STAIN ANYTHING Iv been doing it for years now. So much cheaper & you can mix colors.

Love this video! All cute stocking stuffers ideas! I like the Ring Pop idea because everyone can get their candy. My Christmas tradition is we would get toiletries in our stockings every year. And we would open Christmas pajamas on Christmas Eve. This year we did things differently. We are going to San Diego/Arizona in January because my GaGa has cancer. He only has a few years to live so we are going to see him down there for a few days. And we are going to tour San Diego while we’re down there. My parents love that place. I have never been, but my parents say it’s really neat, kind of like Boston. I’ve been to Boston before. It’s a very cool city. Especially the Freedom Trail. It tells the story of our country and how our country came to be. Like real history. If you like history, you will love Boston. I know ya’ll were contemplating moving to Boston, but Colorado Springs is a great place too. I went to a conference at Colorado Springs a few months ago. It was about my disorder, 18q-. I met a lot of friends there. It’s a cool place. We went to Garden of the Gods while we were there. It’s a beautiful place. I wanted to go to the zoo, but there were too many people wanting to go there lol. But Garden of the Gods was cool too. Well, thanks for sharing! Have a great day!

My family’s tradition is getting a new family board game every year for Christmas. French Canadian tradition is to stay up until midnight on Christmas Eve to celebrate Christmas when the day rolls over, and we usually stay up talking and snacking and playing the c new board game every year. Family circumstances are different this year though, so I’m not sure we’ll be able to do it all. Hopefully we can.

I bought the thor hammer just a warning it takes some getting used to to use. Cause you have to hold the button down and bring the hammer down. I still haven't gotten it to work all the time. Still cool and I'm still going to play with it but I can see it getting frustrating cause I am with it.

Omg I used to love getting my kids that bath paint till my daughter got a terrible skin rash all over her body, I gradually took everything away thinking it was something on her clothes or food till i noticed it was getting worse with every bath she took
