Well, about the home building/housing discussion, it would be a great idea to start incentives for teachers by building them additional floors to existing schools or something and build home-like offices. They deserve more and much better pay. Even at a time like this choosing the career path of being a professor or teacher is not quite a common selection anymore. Our future generations and country doesn't have much to look forward too. Maybe a monthly discount on mortgage or rent for being a teacher. Now where is all this money going to come from, get rid of these silly politicians and outsource it with AI or age limit requirements, we need less government! Things are going to get really ugly come 2025, no matter which president we choose. Just remember folks, The Greed is Real! Albert (Owner) at Smart Investing

"Price Gouging" like beauty, resides in the eye of the beholder. Notice that no one attempted to define exactly what this measure might be. But it sounds terrible, right? Everyone detests the idea of price gouging,....but no one says what it might be in REAL DETAIL,.....but the idea remains deep in the realm of emotionally satisfying but analytically vacuous, slogans and platitudes. Here's another, "working families" what exactly is this or what exactly is not? At the level of slogan, who would object to it? I like how it sounds,....but really know near zero about defining membership in the class. Wanna hear another nice slogan? "Yes we can" ! That's a great one. It can easily be interpreted in one of dozens of ways. No one is opposed to mother-pie and apple-wood. But what exactly do they mean? Not sure? That's why politicians love slogans.
