I live in stoke I use to do my daily Jog for a few months I use to see the very people who live in the houses dump it themselves it's not fly tippers from another area or Street on the whole ,I approached the council about this in person in writing who were trying to say otherwise the bins even had paper work with thier address on it I sent the pics to prove , as soon as I mentioned the demographic of the peope I witnessed first hand with video evidence she placed the race card , what you need to remember is thesse areas have Muslim labour councillors so are not interested , I did a freedom of information request regarding demographic of people who use the local council refuge sites, interesting we have a 30 percent Muslim population yet only 4 percent used the refuge sites ,? This issuie along with others is not about rubbish it's about much more it religion and a lack of respect for a Christian country

Some of that has got to be coming from the people living there because you would be straight out as soon as you saw the people dumping it otherwise. If it is the tenants they should be evicted. Also the person who said about the lack of dog's is absolutely spot on.

It would help if the council didn't charge to dispose of your rubbish, take it to the tip you have to pay. Don't mind myself but the council are asking for fly tipping

They started to install them in the Portland and century street area now but guess what? None of them are in the alleyway the Cameras are all on the street 🧐

It cost a lot more to clean up a fly tip than It cost to take it at the council site as new charges and regulations have been put in place so fly tipping will become more common but in the other hand the council is taking away the bonfire that people have been building 😂

Its so. sad to see as as all these cobble stone roads was laid by men n woman ... it must have took months to do a road .. of. course not many cars on the road then..i am 80 this year and I remember in Nottingham playing marbles on the cobbled roads dig a. hole and kids from all over would come , I. use to hear. Shipstones Star. brewery horses slipping n sliding down the cobbles our windows would rattle. Good ol'd Shippos'e shire horses... didn't have much be was happy kids..... ie.. Just point. all this started when England started taking in Immigrants and their so called culture.. I left England in 1968 for a sunny life in Australia..

Residents should put the rubbish in wheely bins. Maybe ask the local Mosques and Churches to do street cleaning. It won't stop the issue but it is one remedy. Plus refuse to pay council tax until the stop the culprits. But most likely HMOs.
