YES a big PLUS 😊 for you my friend 😊 Always take the KEYS 🗝️ out of cab, when they talked about a FD engine being stolen for a joy ride. My personal FD engine I have. Just has two START button I do have a way to shut the Emergency STOP switch on air intake. If I flip that switch on the Detroit Diesel, the engine will never start. Plus it takes time to build the AIR pressure on brakes. The Rig will NOT move at all till Air pressure builds past 90 PSI. But I have wondered if this happened to me. I have heard horrible stories about LA with class 8 semi 🚛 being taken at gun point, the drivers KILLED in the mountains to the east of LA. I think the container is what they are STEALING. There is something in that box that is valuable. Even if it is shoes 👟 they can be sold on black Market. It could be cigarettes, that is a big theft item.

I, for one, am definitely gonna vote on the side of Law & Order.. Bring Our Country BACK to BEING CIVILIZED . If we don't, it's certainly gonna set us back a hundred years or More . It could get like the Wild, Wild West where Police & Sheriff start deputizing citizens to form posse's to round up criminals . maybe put bounty out for the Most Wanted ?! or perhaps like the 1930's ? We'll have to resort to tactics like The Real "Gangster Squad" ; covert teams of rogue police or military who resorted to ANY & ALL extreme tactics to Literally WipeOut All criminal organizations. I know something's gotta change . soon . If our Local officials don't start getting tough on Crime , the feds could resort to Martial Law . and nobody wants THAT ! Be SAFE Out There. Be Smart. Protect your own. Make your vote COUNT. It matters ..now, more than ever . Peace Out.

The CHP doesn't pull officers off as the chase transitions because they aren't familiar with a particular area if they exit the freeway!.... They do it so they don't leave a particular area with no officers covering their assigned area. If officers from Santa Clarita stayed with the pursuit all the way to orange county that would leave Santa Clarita uncovered for hours or severely short staffed for many hours. Which is dangerous for so many reasons obviously to have nobody to respond if an officer needs help but nobody is around....

In the late 80's through mid 90's, I worked as a dispatcher for Island County Sheriff's Office in Washington. One evening a deputy began pursuing a vehicle and he as well as another deputy and a couple of state patrol units pursued that guy all the way to the Canadian border. There were also deputies from the counties they traveled through who joined the pursuit at their county line then dropped out at the next county. At that time, the policy was the law enforcement officer who initiated a pursuit always maintained the lead of the pursuit (unless they did not have sufficient fuel, etc ) as they were the one who had established probable cause. I do not know why that policy would change. The agency can always call off duty officers to report for work in order to ensure there is enough coverage. It is not much different than when an officer is tied up with a lengthy ⁴case or major crime.

In Los Angeles they’d rather waste a million in resources doing this. Causing a wreck, meanwhile in Canada they let them just run out of fuel. And pick ‘em up there
@danieljamesbinderystu296810 ай бұрын
Well the problem with that is Mexico is nowhere near Canada and can afford to do that. This was a overseas container with chemicals in it. I was a chemist for Dow chemical company for 14 years, we got them daily at the plant. They were probably stalking this load because of what the chemical was, and more importantly what it is used to make! Many of these chemicals aren't labeled as hazmat, but under type of wild swing in Temps can technically make them take off and burst into flames, then poisoning the surrounding areas.

It is a wonder that the front air lines didn't break. With low air pressure brakes will come on. Seems that only you and I knew that.

Judging by the amount of skin she was showing to the female officer, I bet she would have gladly offered her more than money to get out of this.
