Memphis has a culture problem being labeled a gun problem. It's interesting that Tennessee is a constitutional carry state yet the overwhelmingly majority of shootings are in the couple jurisdictions that ban carrying.

The Federal laws restricting the sale of Glock switches call for penalties of 10 years in prison for the illegal possession of the device. Ballistics fingerprinting is not a permanent measurement. The erosion of the barrel from the metal going down the bore & the hot gases from the powder burning change the dimensions of the barrel rifling marks within a very few shots. They never mention that nor that ballistics fingerprinting has NEVER helped solve a single gun crime any where that it has been used.
