Dr. Bolin, so if a pt presents with dysphagia with a high index of suspicion for gastric cancer, would you still do a barium esophagram followed by the EGD? The barium esophagram to act as a guide for the EGD, as you mentioned in your previous lecture (16:50 in dysphagia lecture).

Dawance Chea if old then go for EGD.. young pt w/ dysphagia u should do barium initially followed by EGD.. and ALLAH knows the best.
