Thank you mate, I’d say around 30k but there’s so many variables. The biggest cost/saving is labour, which fortunately for me is free. That’s without windows and doors

Dude - I know you must have tendonitis in both wrists after laying solid block. In the US, we would use 4 inch cinder block that's hollow. Makes it easier to pickup and lay. Great job but what happened to your helper from your firewood video? Just another fair-weathered friend? 😊😊 Just joking,, your videos are very interesting and enjoyable.
