We used the same product for behind our stove at camp last year. I don’t know what kind of glue they use, but when the surface is prepped with alcohol those tiles really stick!! Thanks for sharing your experience.

That back splash looks really really good! I did use peel and stick that I got from Amazon. On sale, of course. Anyway it's OK, but not 100%. If I should look at changing it out, I suppose the surface of the drywall would peel off. Would I repair it by skimming it with plaster, prime and paint? Or leave well enough alone. 😂.🙂👍👍🇨🇦

Yes, the drywall definitely peeled off where we removed them. But we just stuck the new ones right over it. If you’re removing all of it I would definitely spackle sand an prime first.

I've just did a new kitchen splash of similar size with tiles and the piece of the material is very comparable - under $100 including some decorative tiles,but more costs for covering plastic sheets, cement glue, tools, etc. It took me about 6 hours to cut and place all the tiles and then about 3 hours grouting and washing. So overall pretty comparable. I didn't know this option (considered gapho-glass, Ikea stainless steel imitation panel,etc.), but knowing now it's not that bad and considering satisfying result, I'd go for tiles again. But this type of splash looks on camera surprisingly well 👏, so I hope you'll be happy with your choice!👍

Sounds really nice! We would have liked to do real tile but just couldn’t decide and just wanted to get it done. We’re very happy with how it came out😊
