Why do you show us a dilapidated building inside? You say no cracks outside but inside it is another story!!! First clean it up then show it. Who will want something that destroyed? Much work!!!

Grifters just trying to sell crap that should just be demolished. Italy and Portugal trying to offload rubbish to westerners. Go to other parts of Italy where not much work is needed along with Spain and France too. Much better vale. Be aware though various countries make it almost impossible to live permanently and since there are huge squatting issues and they have more rights than the home owner. Buyers beware.

The cracks inside affect mostly the plaster cover, no structural damage. The main issue here is the huge leakage from the roof. Even after fixing it it would be necessary to scrap all the plaster and let the walls dry. It's not for everyone. A lot of precious features to be preserved. This is a beautiful ancient house, needs to be restored, not renovated (aka butchered American style).
