il palazzo è incantevole: d'ispirazione eclettica e di sviluppo architettonico secondo i canoni stilistici in voga durante il "Regno delle due Sicilie". Sontuoso scalone. Unica (grande) pecca: il palazzo ha ricevuto solo poche basilari ristrutturazioni, (dal 1875), pertinenti le parti comuni. Il portone d'entrata è completamente da restaurare; la facciata necessita cura intensiva e successiva "pittatura" ad hoc, ça va sans dire... Molto interessante l'appartamento proposto e il prezzo di partenza. Poi si dovrà prendere atto in quale stato sia l'impianto elettrico e idraulico (in primis). Ditto per impianto di riscaldamento intera u. i. Sono spese aggiuntive al rogito molto salate in caso di strutture antiche ma malmesse. Anyway, vendendo a Milano mi trasferirei di buon grado in Abruzzo. Saluti.

I think its over priced. Its obvious this person or persons have grown out of this place. To bad we couldn't see more without their belongings. I don't like sharing anything. Causes problems. Thank you .

It is quite normal that in old, traditional apartments, there are shared areas and courtyards, but it is not for everyone to share areas. Yes, a clean apartment would have been so much better but that is not always possible

I know the cost of a spiral staircase but how much would it cost to install a bathroom and where? Also, how is the roof? The views should be amazing from up there. I might want to view it next time. If not later this year, maybe next.

The stairs are over the top ridiculous. Don’t they have building codes? And those tight shower stalls. Ruins the house. Location awesome.

yes, but do you need two bathrooms and one bedroom, or two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also the attached outbuilding that can be a studio or bedroom

This apartment/attic conversion wouldn't even be a legal residence in a lot of countries. Being 100 meters from the beach is still not worthy of that price, considering most normal-sized people couldn't even walk around a couple of the rooms without banging their head on the ceiling.

It's a very nice property. I wish Italy would reduce its retirement visa income requirement, which is currently about $3500 US dollars per month. That's more than most Americans have at retirement. Or have an option where you show you have enough savings plus a smaller income, but from what I've read and heard on KZbin videos, it doesn't work that way in Italy.

Hi this could be a gorgeous home BUT IM CURIOUS You're saying this whole structure was built in the 1950s? Because the outside looks like it's 200 years old They didn't do a very good job if it's falling apart on the outside like that !!I've seen many houses in Italy. This looks a lot older than the 1950s. Are you sure it was built in the '50s?😃

Такое впечатление что дом бомбили во Вторую Мировую Войну( 1939-1945гг) и в нем больше никто не жил. Считаю, что цена слишком высокая для таких руин. Сколько денег нужно вложить, чтоб привести это строение в пригодное, для проживания состояние?

Это зависит от ваших потребностей. Я представляю себе бюджет в 50 000 евро для низкой комплектации и 100 000 евро для высокой комплектации.

Не дом, а целый лабиринт. Совсем запуталась в расположении комнат. Лестница на второй этаж, меня смущает. Единственное, что потрясло моё воображение - это несравненные виды из окна. Спасибо вам, за то что показываете всевозможные жилища.

The views are stunning. I would take your advice and remove the bathroom. It appears there may have once been a front balcony or Juliette balcony on the second floor. Great price for a three bedroom. At that price, any improvements would be worth the investment.

This house is bursting at the seams with furniture. That stuff on the 3rd floor looks like it came out of a French chateau. The kitchen is pretty modern. Overall, I'd say this is a steal at €47,000. However, it's a bit to vertical for my old bones.

There is no private parking but there is plenty of free parking spaces within 50 meters
