I have stayed with STP for every album since the beginning. This song is just as much them as any of the previous albums. So is the entire EP album this song is from, High Rise. Five really good songs. RIP Chester. And check out the new album with Jeff Gutt. Sounds a lot like Scott, looks like Layne Staley reincarnated. Also good songs.

I didn't like the idea of Chester Bennington in my beloved STP because, you know, Linkin Park sucks--right? But here's the thing. Linkin Park doesn't suck. I just didn't care for them. And by saying they suck, I was being a huge prick. I resisted listening to this EP because I was annoyed that STP had the audacity to work with a pop rocker like Chester Bennington--a guy who didn't understand someone like Weiland's struggles and demons and made pop songs for a living. Wow, I could not have been more wrong. We simply don't know what people are going through and by assuming, we end up looking like tools. Not only was I wrong about Chester, but I was wrong about how he sounds with STP. This song is absolutely fantastic and the EP is great. Sometimes it's good to be wrong, to be humbled and to learn something. Beautiful song, troubled souls. RIP Scott and Chester.

I feel it man. I loved linkin park growing up as a kid didnt even know who stp was. When i got older stp became one of my favorite bands. I love both groups. At first i was hesistant to listen to chester with STP. At first i thought the high rise EP was just decent. But it got addicting i just wanted to keep listening to it more and more. And then i saw STP with chester live at this festival. It was incredible and he was paying complete homage and respect to the songs chester was great! God bless those two men they were awesome. New singer Jeff is badass too i totally approve

...it's odd that I didn't hear about Chester Bennington singing with STP until after he died. I actually love this song. Like some of the American Indians believe, I also believe our ancestors are always with us, so it helps me not to feel the loss. I think he'll be back again someday; I really believe that.

i will admit i was a little sketched when i heard chester was gonna be the new singer for these guys. I love Chester and I'm a fan LP and STP, but i just thought it seemed like an odd fit. but after I heard this EP a few times over and watching the videos of Chester performing this new material was what really impressed me. They sound alot different but i still like it alot, he really is a good fit for these guys, hes a little bit younger then the rest of those dudes and it seems like he has this very good aura about him, I never really thought i would say it in a million years. but i think he is a good fit for this band totally

Chesters voice is terrible. Dean and Robert's riffs are now just generic and without heart. STP was great back in the day, it's a shame they had to have another ugly fallout. This is a pure money grab.

Totally disagree with you on every level. Chester had a unique voice that fit well here. Robert and Dean's writing is just as great as it always is. They have a lot left in the tank and want to move forward. Money grab? They're already millionaires, a money grab makes zero sense. They're all about the music, not everyone is but they are and they've proven that time and time again. That's a ridiculous notion.
