Listen to another band of siblings called The Warning from Mexico. They are three young sisters and they are excellent. They edited two great albums with original songs: XXI Century Blood and Queen of the Murder Scene. They also are live a phenomenon.You will not be disappointed.

Las australianas Stonefield están estos días inmersas en su primera gira por Europa. El lunes visitaron Santander, el martes Barcelona y hoy tocarán en la sala X de Sevilla. Las hermanas Findley (Amy -voz y batería-, Hannah -guitarra-, Sarah -teclados- y Holly -bajo-) se presentan como "una de las sensaciones de la nueva psicodelia, un cocktail lisérgico cargado por igual de space, heavy rock vintage y psicodelia pesada". Lo cierto es que estas chicas saben conjugar hard rock de la vieja escuela bajo una estética cósmica y con abundantes pasajes lisérgicos. Las australianas han pasado de ensayar en la granja de sus padres en Darraweit Guim a compartir escenario con artistas de la talla de King Tuff, Fleetwood Mac o Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, entre otros. Apadrinadas por King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, en 2006 empezaron a hacer música bajo el nombre de Iotah. Cuatro años más tarde decidieron rebautizarse y editar su primer trabajo de estudio, el homónimo Stonefield (2013). Su carrera profesional se catapultó a partir de ese año, con un sonido más cercano a Black Sabbath o Jefferson Airplane. A este álbum le seguirían "As Above, So Below" en 2016 y "Far from Earth", editado por Flightless Records en 2018, sello de King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, con quienes han girado por todo Estados Unidos y México.
