Interesting how different a track can sound when the tempo's turned down just a few notches. Either way, even though it's not one of my top 10's on Megaman X's soundtracks, I still think you did an excellent job covering it. I also like the extra touches and solos you added in to give it your own flavor. Definitely all fits quite well.

There is so much I love about this arrangement that I can't stop listening to it. First and foremost, you actually arranged a proper introduction to the song. That alone improved the remix tremendously from the original. While the original stage theme was never bad, it is one of the weaker tracks in Mega Man X and that you arranged a great lead-in is awesome. Second, I have to love how you knew when to reduce the noise and switch instruments up so that it isn't just a pulse pounding theme, but also at times laid back, like a real "stealth warrior." It really gives the impression of both the bewitching beauty and the camouflaged danger that is ready to waiting to ambush you. I'm not sure if this parallel to the stage and boss fight was intentional, or if it was just an audio balance draw in the listener for the sake of the arrangement, but it works in both ways. Finally, I love all three "acts" as in the barebones remix which bridges to the breakdown, but the final third is where it really shines. I don't know why but I got PSX Mega Man X vibes towards the end, as if it were an enhanced remix of how the theme would sound if it were in one of those games. There are little touches like the use of the horn (I'm an idiot, but I'm not sure what instrument that is). You kept close to the spirit of the stage theme while improving on it. Banal comments, I know, but I've hit the replay button at least five times now and writing this on mobile means I can't replay it again until after I finish this comment. So less thumb-typing and more listening!
