Saved the best theme song for last. Out of all of them in the first game, him, Storm Eagle, and Launch Octopus had the best themes.

Armadillo, Kuwanger, Octopus and then Mandrill for me, but I honestly love almost every single song on the soundtrack. Sigma final battle and password screen are the only ones I don't care for.

YOOO THIS IS FUCKING FIRE! Competing with Chainsaw Romance for my fav original track of yours. Just very good job coming up with a catchy hook, throwing in variations and wandering enough to keep it fresh while still keeping it front and centre throughout. I think non-vocal original works can really struggle to stand out and be memorable, especially from an individual with a super distinct style it can just be like 'oh, yeah, this sounds like Stone McKnuckle' and nothing else. But you kept the melody standing strong enough that it's catchy and imo that's like, both the single core requirement for an instrumental original piece like this, and by far the hardest part. I will throw in a vote against using genAI for covers. The electricity-burning plagiarism machine can kindly explode. But I also know you're gonna get way more hits with that over like, a nice title card or whatever, and the old 'yoink some art and edit it enough to be usably legally distinct' thing is a lot of work. So I don't feel like I can be too critical when I can't offer a decent alternative.

Always good to see/hear something out of you. Definitely a quality over quantity sort of deal, so I definitely don't mind waiting a while for you to cook up a real jam! That said, it's a definite bop, so I'm glad all of the elbow grease and re-writing paid off! I also wish you luck on getting your setup properly configured. Had to go through something similar recently, so hopefully you can get it figured out while pulling out as little of your own hair as possible. Merry Christmas, my dude, and keep up the amazing work!
