The interesting thing about BF1 and BFV is that so many people who are still playing these games have been playing them for YEARS. They know every strategy, every sniping nest, every attack and defense strategy for every map. So when you get on with some of these veterans it makes for some very competitive action.

When you get back into this game it’s so infantry focused… Immersive as heck and looks great. Makes me happy to see so many active servers all over different countries. It’s a classic that won’t die.

You can aim flares at your feet and they will last the same amount of time. You don't need to shoot them straight up and into the air. Flares will also set people on fire and provide a little smoke cover on the ground. Very useful when used to block off doorways and corridors from enemies.

Fucking kickass. I used to run FragShack East server alongside the OG west coast FragShack creator Antarez. This game will always be so special to me. Fragshack servers were the best. We made sure of it.

Little late to the party, but you should run Dynamite with Assault. Chuck that stuff over the walls and out of ditches and trenches if you think folks are on the other side. Easy kills and lots of chaos and destruction when you blow it.
