Very beautiful! It touches my hearth in some many ways. I'm actually learning this tune on my conservatory practice, and you show me incridible textures that can be made on the guitar. Hugs, you have a new fan!! 🇧🇷

Came to hear a Wayne tune-a minute in and i hit subscribe: this is so wonderful. Great band, great sound, great ideas being tossed back and forth then abandoned for the next one...I may not know anything about you 3 right now but I am totally a fan. Bravo!!!!! Time to do some research!!! I hope you make it to New England some day, so I can see this live.

Hello from Brussels , I Saw you With claire While ago at jazz station and I was transported (with strings as well I should have a recording somewhere ) , I am also working on this tune by curiosity , the second system , bars 5 to 8 are quite tricky to negotiate , I have a kind of analysis with the aim to facilitate the phrasing through those chords but I am not convinced nor capable to go through these few chords Let me know your approach if you have one in addition to your incredible ear and digital capabilities :-))) Brgds Antonio

Hi Antonio, Thanks for the thumbs up! The way I like to see this cadence is as a symetric (augmented) progression. Bm, Ebm & Gm. In analysis, I see a direct connection to Coltrane's 'giant steps' system, only with minor chords and with no secondary fifths. A cool scale to consider is Messian's 3rd mode (also check the Augmented scale. Have fun with it!

Great playing on this! What are you using for overdrive, if I can ask? It's so transparent. 👍

Thank you Tito! I'm using a Fulltone - mosfat through (mainly) a Polytone
