The music that combines, the music of who knows how to listen, the music made by the contribution of each individual who is committed to the realization of the "whole", the music that arouses wonder and dismay on the face of those who watch, the music that make you clap ypur hands over the beat, the music full of feeling, the same one that excites and makes you smile :) Sharay, for sure is a god!

It’s been 11 years since this vid first dropped, but I always gotta come back to it. There’s nothing like this vid! Besides Sharay and the drummer’s pure talent, it’s the VIBE that everyone is on around him 🙌🏽 Gospel!! 💯

Yes, in addition to the band's magnificent performance, what made the difference even in this video is the reaction of the young people behind the bassist, they passed the energy to Sharay to do something more with vibration.

Besides his advanced technique and perfect timing, he mixes it up with so much tasty stuff. He's all over the place yet it's tasteful to the song. I wonder if he worked out this stuff in advance or if he's doing a lot of improvising.

@@BladeJones good question indeed ... hmm possible improvisation

@@BladeJones I just think he's been practicing pentatonics for hours everyday. It's all you need, really, haha. If you do it this well.

Youngstah watching the drummer at 3:49 is gonna out play them all 🤟🏽 The best part of this video are seeing all the youth watching and waiting to pick an instrument and groove one day. Churches have gotten so big with building remodels and declining attendance, the power bill is to high for after service jams and the times in-between to learn and discover. Thus the church grown musicians have declined, and the price per musician has soared do to scarcity. We better go back to the lil chuuch where we honed our skills.

I had the same feeling. The music is so great, but what made me feel even better was seeing the kids checking out both Sharay and the drummer. That's our hope right there! Wonderful.
@CooperDrums4 жыл бұрын
Totally agree, that is so cool to see! It must have been awesome for that kid to be standing right in front of the drums taking it all in. To be there during that whole performance would have just been unreal!
