I'd use shredded cheese and I bet with plain pizza sauce, it wouldn't fall off. Maybe this will motivate me to try my air fryer lid for my Instant Pot. It came without any inserts, so I never used it and later bought an Instant brand air fryer countertop unit. Which I love and which doesn't do harm to cheese!
