Utd have a management structure now. The manager will only have to coach now. Their will be no side issues or distractions to deal with such as ETH had - Ronaldo/ Sancho etc. Amiron will be successful & the players will suddenly fear being dropped or moved on if they don't perform. I think Rashfords problems are not helped (may even be the cause) of employing his brother as his agent and his mother as his publicist/fan manager. They will be telling him how wonderful he is and that he is worth more . I think these football agents have a lot to answer for (nice little earner for them) they have way too much every day interaction with their players . Players need to be 100% focused on their clubs.
