Being angry is not a habit. It’s a kind of emotion of humans when provocation arises. Per your teachings, being silent is a way of addressing anger. Calm one’s mind before anything else. It’s not a defeat on oneself but for one’s mental health.

As your words are correct but angry comes because of genetics or ancesterial generations passing anger or they can reduce only at a certain limit one day they may be more angry and violent by sitting silent every time

Anger is actually not inherited but is a result of our karmas. If you don't know how to transform it and keep suppressing it repeatedly, eventually, you will become more violent. However, for Buddhism, meditation can resolve all issues if you are taught and guided correctly, and if you also make an effort to practice properly. Limit access to related content, especially avoiding contact with people who have these habits and surrounding yourself with educated, healthy-minded individuals. 5. Build a serious relationship with someone you love, as it can reduce feelings of loneliness and motivate you to give up bad habits for their sake. 6. What we emphasize is the practice of meditation.
