the order of the aether scope parts actually depends on the portal spawn you get. power portal- particle spawn first, quick revive portal- plane. top of nacht portal- spawn.

I may have found something related to the Monkey Easter egg / secondary trials looking machine inside the window of Weapons Lab. I threw a Cymbol Monkey above the machine and whats weird is not only did the monkey raise up and teleport out of the map; red smoke started to show up briefly before disappearing. Does not work in the Aether. I think it has something to do with possibly triggering 4 of the 20 spirit monkeys while in the Aether with 4 players and then possibly the machine it self. or It may have something to do with exfiling because the same red smoke I saw from the machine is very similar to the red landing zone smoke grenade that you see when exfiling.

Hey @NoahJ456 I do believe with the aetherscope parts, depending on the starting portal for the aether determines which part spawn, and then there’s a set order. If the portal spawns in the penthouse the part is under the stairs in spawn. If the portal spawns in the the pond the part is on the plain wreck. And if the portal spawns in the power room the part is by the quick travel in front of the PAP. And I know there’s an order after initial part spawn, I just can’t remember it off the top of my head

Just for informational purposes, dependent on where the portal spawns when you’re going for the aether scope 1 specific one will spawn, I don’t really remember most but if the one spawns down under the first part will be at the portal straight ahead, then the plane engine then spawn. The first part is really the only one that switches place with the last part pickup

The one thing I’ve noticed and it would only save a a few seconds overall but that could matter for these speed runs but once you get like halfway or so through that load animation to enter the portals you can take off and it still takes you into the portal
