Thank you. On Friday I found a mistake I had made at work several weeks ago. Earlier this weekend I had been trying on Google to find some tapping scripts for working through my feelings about making mistakes, however Google was not that helpful. But your video randomly turned up in my KZbin feed after I had stopped looking, it just feel so perfectly timed.

Should we repeat the words out loud after you or is it okay to just listen and follow along with the tapping?

Ideally you want to say them out loud (we have 70,000 thoughts a day and most are repetitive. When we speak out loud we can hear it differently) however- it can work just as well in your mind. Just do it however works for you 🩷🩷🩷
