I like this cause what you resist persists and what you allow gently goes.

Hi Julie. Thanks for this perspective on fear. There is a practice in which you give form to your fear and ask “what do you need?” The answers are so enlightening. You then feed whatever the need is to the fear. Your videos continue to get me through life with more ease. Thank you for being there for us.

Dear Ms. Schiffman, I've recently been PARALYZED by my fear ... I've been chronically ill for many years now & been lucky enough to survive 3 near death events ... But this new unknown issue I'm facing has me losing sleep, experiencing cervogenic headaches & a resurgence of anxiety attacks I had long not had since doing EFT with You. THANK YOU for this latest installment, I had a CRIPPLING Attack last night because that's when my anxiety rears its ugly head & Thanks to You, I was able to get some much needed sleep & I feel much better ! Please know this work you share helps more people than you'll ever know. Again THANK YOU ! - Cheers From 🇨🇦 🙋🏻♀️

This was profound for me and a lot came up for release, I actually got shown the very first time when I was filled with fear and dread and it stemmed back to when I was 17yrs old, I'm now 63 so that's how long I've been holding onto the crap of not healing from that relationship. The emotions are coming up and I'm working through them.. Thank you so much Julie for sending out this video, I'm so grateful to you and to the universe for guiding me to your sessions 🙏

Tbh. Idk what I'm fearing anymore I just got used to it... Kinda fed up with it. It's getting annoying really. :/ You ignore anxiety, even try to "Accept it" it's still lurking around. Especially at night. And wakes you up and when morning comes. It's like repetitive on auto pilot. :(

Can I tap depression away?
@Julieschiffman3 ай бұрын
Tapping works really, really well for depression/anxiety and the underlying reasons. The key is getting specific and you may want to work with someone if you are having a hard time finding relief. But overall, research has shown that tapping helps with depression considerably :)
