TODAY'S RECIPE IS Stop Buying Banana Bread, Try This Recipe at Home | Banana Raisin Bread Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe banana
1 egg
Smashed well
Sugar 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Mix well
Keep aside
All purpose flour 1 cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Add banana mixture
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Mix well
Golden raisin 3 tbsp
Black raisin 3 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Mix gently
8 inch greased pan
Raisins on top
Place the mould in a preheated pan
Cook it on medium flame for 35-45 mins or bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 35-45 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
