Congrats on your new home. As you know still a Newby thank you so much for your video I am so glad your back. You asked me to let you know when I did my first signing I will let you know I had a refi on Feb 2nd it took me 2 hrs to do it was over 180 pages and client had questions I couldn't answer and kids kept interrupting us. The only bad thing is I lost my son on Feb 3rd a drunk driver killed my son I haven't been able to get back out there to my emotional status..hopefully soon as God permits. Again thank you

Thank you for all the great information. I have a few questions for you. Do you perform signing services on the weekends? I noticed I only get notified for loan signings on weekdays and I decline most of them due to having a full time job. I stated that I was only available on weekends. You mentioned to create a relationship with the signing contracting company now my question is do they see the declines for past offers and does that affect your future offers? Right now I only get offers through snapdocs. I just started out and to be honest I haven’t done a signing yet. I am waiting for my printer to arrive and I feel like I need to prepare myself a bit more before going out there.

Question for ya: What is the purpose of the Dual-tray printer? Do we get the entire loan documents via PDF from the FI, then print them out to sign later? Also, is this a mobile printer of a printer for our office at home?

a dual tray printer is recommended because loan packets usually come with both letter and legal size paper in one file. so it is a little easier to print and more convenient with a dual tray...a single tray would require you to change out the paper every time you have to switch between the different size paper. also, the loan documents will either be uploaded onto a portal...emailed or mailed to you. if you receive documents via your computer then you would print out a copy to be signed and a copy for the signers. and if you are in the beginning stages of your business then a mobile printer is not necessary. but if you decide you want to grow your business ..then maybe a mobile printer is right for you.

Omg! That happened to me today. One of my regular companies called me to do a signing that the original notary canceled last minute. I told them to pay me my normal fee. Once I went to close the order out, I noticed they added an additional $30 to my fee.

Hi Kayla! I’ve been doing just that. I’ve been building relationships with some of the signing services that I’ve been working with. Since December I’ve done close to 200 signings. I am doing really really well thank God. I still don’t have the nerve to go to Title Company ‘s. As confident as I am in myself in the way I carry myself I still don’t have the confidence to try to sell myself to this title company and go in direct.
