He is good, it’s another way to clean, drag the belt outside lock the door strapped the seatbelt from behind and when you wash the car, your pressure wash the belts also that’s it.

@@bradydobson5970 LOL! Speaking of mechanical problems, I have this lever between my front seats, its purpose is to make a bad burning smell when I pull it. It works well, but when I asked my mechanic about it, he fixed my emergency brake instead.

I've been detailing for nearly 40 years. I was told many yrs ago by a Chrysler rep not to use any cleaner that is to aggressive on belts . It us possible to degrade the material to a point where it can loose some tensile strength . That is something you don't want.

Clean my brother car seat belts. Belts never been clean , they were tan and car was 2001. I pulled the seats belts all the way, closed the door, used upholstery cleaner, scrubbed it with brush and then used a pressure washer. Worked really well

I use a wire wheel on a drill and buff the dirty layer off.looks almost new.

i use a bucket of hot water with some woolite in it. let the belt soak for a few hours and the water gets dirty. then let it soak in a bucket of hot rinse-water. towel it and let it air dry

A little over kill for cleaning. Just a warm warm soapy water mix with a clean rag will work.

doesn't a steamer break down the material of the seat belt? If the material is like that of the headliner and it's not good to use a steam cleaner on that Fabrik wither becaue of wicking then why would you use that on the seat belt.?
