Video summary points: - We have assumed in normal days that without lunch I will have headache etc however in Ramadan with rehma of ALLAH we are able to manage whole day without food. - 3 temptations are very strong in human 1. Desire to eat 2. Desire to sleep 3. Desire to have haram relation - Food has become luxury not necessity these days. - 5 prayers take us to discipline and discipline take to consistency. Fasting, qiyam ul lail is a beautiful way our deen has to teach us discipline. - If you fast, insulin resistance drops and our body become insulin sensitive. Insulin resistance is a cause of diabetes, hypertension, metabolic syndrome. - Over eating make Leptin hormone resistance. Leptin is a hormone that normally signals brain to stop eating. When our body becomes leptin resistant due to over eating then no signal to stop eating comes from brain and we end up continually overeating. - Leptin resistance is corrected with fasting. - sahaba did jihad during Ramadan, Battle of badar was in Ramadan. And we cant do our house chores with fast!! - Food industry is billion dollar industry, works for our taste buds only and it has been made desirable. - Bolemia is a disorder more common in female who eat then induce vomiting to loose what they eaten. - Prophet SAW used thumb, and 2 fingers to eat only, and we eat with full spoon and using all fingers. - We just say oh its fruit chat but we dont think how many fruits are in that fruit chat? - We will be asked of every food we have been given by ALLAH. - Ideal recommendations from dr perspective : 6 hour sleep, practice 1 hour nap during day, (quality of sleep matters a lot, when you sleep well the lymphatic system cleanse the brain and your memory boost), exercise at least 30 mins, if very lazy then do 1 min squat, 1 min push-ups, 1 min jumping legs to build basic strength and stamina, stress management is best done by QURAN recitation and translation. Our worries should be smaller in front of a BIG worry that is “Am I making ALLAH displeased with my actions?” This should be our anxiety. - Ideally: Have a protein portion (egg, vegetable use, little meat), fist size roti because roti is not good it expands stomach, eat when you really really hungry. - We can pay for 5000 rupee med and cant afford 2000 eggs, sad reality.

Same here, Ramdhan se pehly, Lunch chorna to door ki baat , thora delay ho jata tha to jisam kaanpna shoro ho jata tha. ALHAMDOLILLAH, first ramdhan se sabar a jata, mehsoos takk nai hota k kuch khana. ALLAH PAK KA KHAS TOHFA RAMDHAN. ❤

My sahri is only 3 dates and 1 cup milk and aftar 1 date and water. After maghrib normal meal and i go back immidiatly to masjid, pray nafal before esha namaz then tatavi. So i take only one meal 24 hours. No samosa pakora etc.

❤A request Saad bhai.. important point that raises question about Awaagan (Hindu rebirth belief).. it technically separate the relationships of a human e.g Parents,wife , siblings in the eternal life.... While Allah in Surah Al Toor in Quran talks about uniting the family in Jannah.... Please make a video on this deep topic... Islam united the human relations in eternal life where as no other religions talks about this they remain shallow or sometimes opposite to this concept.... Hope you will notice..... This will allow the masses to think out of box 🎁☑️☑️☑️☑️ please ❤❤❤

When I was a kid, I was watching a documentary, I don't remember the name but I do remember that one food specialist or doctor said that "people are becoming obese, because it's hard to not find food". And its true. There is food everywhere. It has become an addiction. Another reason people eat is to deal with depression or anxiety.

yes brothers i am a women i also went to gym on daily bases but Alhamdulillah our gym timing is saprate for men and women so its easy to carry on with gym and also when we go to the gym we become strong and healthy and also remain away from different diseases .

"Tu Gorilla hey" I still remember when we were winning the Hand Ball match clearly against Tauha Bhai and Khurram Bhai in RasT 2022. And all of a sudden, those moves by Tauha bhai. Uffff. I am a slow eater due to which my stomach get fills early ...and iss ki waja se kam khane hota but aksr meri mother mujhe kehti hain ke me tez khaun or zyada kha saku bcz I am a bit slim but me zyada bhi kha lu tab bhi mujhe wo lagta nhi..or mujhe kafi weakness bhi rehti jab ke me dal sabzi or meat wagera sab portions me sahi khati

4th time Dr waseem is there but not a single time they discuss Under weight peoples such a underrated problem how can they follow Prophet saw low carb diet & even Islam Discourage to be physically weak
