I agree that it would be better to physically deliver the estimate; But if the homeowner specifically requests to receive it via email, I would absolutely oblige. "A homeowner may be short on time, but he still has to spend his dime."

it is so interesting that you talk with your hands so much, i was trained and taught to move my hands and arms as much as possible because it conveys emotion or emphasis as if yoiu are trying to tell a lie, if you could go over why having such vibrant body language might also be a great subject of discussion, love your work btw keep it up!!

Adam! I love this video.. I am 2 months into the roofing business trying to close insurance claims. I just came across this objection on Friday. Her roof had discontinued shingles, and a ton of other factors that made her a PERFECT claim. I explained everything clear as day but she "knows more about the process than I do" and insisted that an estimate was required to filing a claim. No amount of logic, reason, or patience would get through to her that it was not needed. She continued to refuse moving forward on claim without one. I would love the opportunity to talk to you!

Adam, I have your battle pack, book etc. I know you provide all of the information I can possibly need! Just one quick question ↩️ I'm trying to email the property manager for a shopping mall outlet with a roof thats in BAD shape. And I dont know what to say... Do you have any pre-written emails? Where do I find one? Could also use it for landlords of apartments complexes, etc. My boss said to check the battle pack but I cant find it! Thanks in ADVANCE ! ❤ - Nate

Adam I hate to tell you but the future is email no way around it. If your reputation is high and you have a solid proposal you don’t need to meet in person. And if every industry is doing email roofing is not unique to it.

You can only sell through email consistently if you are cheapest guy. If your a high end contractor it diminishes your biggest selling points
