Stop faking it and build unshakable confidence [AAA Method]

Thank you Christina. 🙏💖 AAA seems like a wise mehod to achieve confidence. Some people (including myself) mean that authenticity is the highest frequency in the universe, even a higher frequency than love. Because you can fake love, but you can't fake authenticity. We get confident when we stop looking for external validation and stop competing with others, I think. When we feel that we are good enough, and even perfect, the way we are. We should not look up to others and not put anyone on a pedestal. Just like we have less value than them. However, we could be inspired by others, I think. We should look within to find confidence, not look without, as you touch upon. "Fake it till you make it", that's what we learn in the 3D world. I used to do it too. And why do we fake things? I think the main reasons are because we have bad self-esteem and low self-worth (as you mentioned). Competition in the 3D world makes many humans stressed, worried, sad and fake! I'm over these kind of 3D competitions and fakeness now. I embrace authenticity now, and I encourage others to do the same. 🙌✨

confidence is earned not found. make your self worth something you would be impressed to see. confinace is also a concept. just be yourself
