Wow this is true it is not a competition, i believe if you are going to fast food or sleep, you should do it in your ability, but if God tells you to do it he will give you the grace.

Yeah, the fast is necessary for certain realms and that's why Christ said Howbeit, this.komd goeth not except by fasting and prayers ..... There is a level.that requires fasting and prayers.

Poster,don't mix prayer and fasting.. Praying is inevitable if one can pray for 12 hours let them pray,fasting should be done with wisdom but prayer the bible said it should be always.. So don't mix prayers and fasting u mixed it in your speech..

So if you have not Prayed for 12hours stretch for 21 days Nonstop you won't hear from God?? Imagine me telling you that as a practice and say if you cannot do this you won't hear from God, Just because it happened to me and it took me 21 days of stretch of 12 hours prayers ...... That's creating a doctrine from a personal encounter.... didn't mix it up.....

Yours might be 12hours mine might be 6hours the main thing to know is that prayer is inevitable and inexcusable.. 12hours is good but 4hours done thrice is still the same.. My point is you shouldn't have said anything about prayer because prayer was a command from the lord to us not a plea.. No bargain..
