Have booked a haircut with Dan for 3 rd of Jan( although I seem to be on a waiting list ). I'll certainly be his oldest customer ever , but thought I'd treat myself. On April 1 st I fractured my leg in Thailand and then in July a routine medical revealed I had a malignant tumour in my kidney ( kidney had to be removed late October ) so I thought why not treat myself to an expensive haircut by Dan who always seems to cut and get a great style whatever length of hair he has to work with .Luckily at my age I still have a full head of hair.

Bugger wasting time tryna stop it happened. Treatment costs far too much unless you got plenty of time and money to spare. Also the drugs have side effects which aren't worth keeping hair. I'd rather be able to have sex than keep my hair.

this is a great haircut! if he is consistent with using finasteride to stabalise his hair loss + minoxidil everyday, i think his hair is 100% salvagable. his haircut at the end looks great so keeping up with fin + min everyday will only make it better. for me stablising my hair loss was key, then with the addition of a hair transplant my hair looks better than ever, but keeping the existing hair you have is key with a Hair transplant. ive been losing my hair since i was 17 and im now 27 and my hair is the best its ever looked, but you just have to keep consistent with your hair loss treatments.

After Dan cut his hair, Ben's hair looked so refined and controlled. Ben has such a handsome face, and now his hair matches. It is so beautiful that Dan talks with his clients. Whenever I go to a salon, whether it is outrageously expensive or moderately priced, I have never had a hair stylist ask what I would like. The last time at Ulta, I was in and out of the chair in 10 minutes and charged $100. For the first time, I called the manager when I got home. Luckily, I have blonde hair with a natural wave a few inches below my shoulders so I was able to fix it.

Love. Love. Love the educational material in the video. I love it when there is this "teaching moment" in a sense. It's like Dan said, it's good to get this on camera. We (mom & me) cut my dad's hair every 9 weeks, just short, shaven to 3mm gradually to 6/9 and up top carefully w/scissors. It's been fun every step of the way since 2020. My dad still loves it. But anyway, these typical gentlemen's cuts grow out so well that you can actually leave it to 10/11, even 12 weeks and it's not that bothersome to him.

I too had a side part but decided to grow out my hair. I went to my barber and asked for something more symmetrical as my right side was disconnected. As it’s grown, it looks soooo much better than and overgrown side part and I have more flexibility with styling. Cant wait till I get a few months of growth so I can get it cut how I really want.

I always wondered about the asymmetric haircut! My old barber did that and now my new one on my second haircut did it too and it totally deflated my confidence in styling my hair and def not what i wanted. Glad to know it's intentional and not a skill issue. I want my hair symmetrical so I can do whatever i want with it.

Dan cut my hair before, i flew from ireland and it was the best cut ive ever had. Irish barbers cut all hair the same and tell me i had difficult hair. Class work again dan!

Stop with your bs. His hair is fine. His problem is that after washing his hair he doesn't dry his hair straight away. He needs to pat dry gently with a towel like Dan said as just leaving hair to dry itself after washing can cause hair loss
