Wow I literally just not go with a lender because he was suggesting that they had $12000 0% interest loan that could be used towards closing cost and buying down the interest rate. Loan would have to be paid back when the home is sold. What’s sad is he did not disclosed how that would impact refinancing…it also didn’t help him because I didn’t ask about DPA because I knew I didn’t meet the income requirement. He Didn’t even bother quoting me without the so call loan to show me my options. I am new to the home buying process and didn’t know but I am naturally paranoid and not quick to trust. I smelled something was fishy and knew what kind of person I was dealing when he did little to fully explain any of this to me when I asked him. I decided to go with the lender that spent 30min with me explaining closing costs in details with me whn I first contacted him.

This was me I struggle with saying no to people or getting rid of people because for some reason I always say someone gave me a chance who am I to not give someone else a chance and I end up spinning wheels with the wrong representation every time smh but I'm growing

This is happening to me right now. I hav2 been in my apartment for 10 years and they WANT ME OUT. I'm being charged for all maintenance calls & recently got charged 15K for a kitchen leak that I allegedly did not report on time. I also hate drama & it's time to move after 10 years. It's painful bevause moving is also $$$$ but I'm going broke playing for my corporate landlord's upkeep. I also have fears of being ripped off buying a house. I don't know who to trust.
