i heard this thing that said to have three constant things in your life, no matter what age you are: something that trains you physically (gym/sport/yoga etc), something that trains your brain (for example don't stop learning even after finishing higher education), and something that allows you to relax and have fun!

omg i'm in the same mindset as you i'm 22yo and i feel like i've been living on autopilot mode for 5years basically just studying in college or else i'm in my room to rest ; i rarely made memories or met new people nor learned new hobbies or anything ... but its been a few months that i've had this "wake up moment" and i'm still trying to figuring it out and taking small steps towards what i want to be/have in my twenties. cool video ❤ keep these coming !

You're not alone in this! I'm 23, turning 24 this september, and ever since being in my grad year of uni, i've realized that i'm scared to take action in achieving my dreams because i'm scared of failing and i'm comparing myself to my (seemingly) more successful peers. I'm constantly scared that i'm ''too late'' or that i'm ''running behind everyone else'' (which makes no sense because everyone has their own life and their own path/journey)

When I was 23 I was in the exact same space. In a bit of a desperate way I bought a ticket to travel abroad with a group of young people doing the same thing. It was the best thing i ever did. The sooner you make moves the better. ❤ You truly do have the power to make the change you want to see. Be scared and go!

aw thank you! It's such a weird thing like I don't know whether to say sorry you are feeling the same or whether that's a good thing hahah, at least we are self aware I feel like that's the biggest step to actually realise and then we can decide what we want to do from there, we are in control of our lives🫶🏼🫶🏼

Videos like these give me that bit of motivation to get started. Thankyou for sharing your thoughts and feelings. Keep going. Bless your beautiful soul

this resonated with me so much. 23 and after being in and out of hospital with an ED since 17 I've essentially been in hibernation/survival mode for so long that my life has become tiny and what used to seem like a comfort zone is actually now seeming quite claustrophobic and keeping me from doing anything with my life. I'm so tired of letting fear and doubt and insecurity stop me from trying. We're here to live. And i have not been living. We've got this. I believe in you and think showing up for yourself in this way is so valuable and the best gift you can give yourself. You're worth investing in. All the love xx

What a relatable video! As someone in their 30s, I can say that feeling like you're on autopilot in your 20s is completely normal. Life is full of mundane and unextraordinary moments, but they are beautiful nonetheless because you are in them. Embrace these moments and know that life does get better along the way. I’m a kiwi who just this year moved to the EU. I’m 29, and couldn’t do it the first time because COVID locked everything down and then got into a rhythm of day to day in a job etc. I just wanted to comment because it’s truly never, ever too late to do the big move, to change your life, to work towards something greater than you’ve experienced before. Save some money if you can as it removes the stress of travelling broke (Have done that too! Much prefer not stressing about having to change bad accomodation, or double book myself etc). Be kind to yourself, you are so so incredibly young, and have so many opportunities ahead of you!

But I know I need to change life is so boring. He says that getting your driver's license is going to open so many doors. Although I haven't experience that just yet give me a few more weeks and maybe I'll hit the road alone.

@happya14622 ай бұрын
I can understand why you are feeling scared, that's completely valid and okay! But I think you shouldn't allow yourself to become comfortable with that feeling, so the first step is to just try, take yourself out into the new city. It's an incredible opportunity to welcome new experiences and potentially connect with people but of course the beginning is going to be hard, embrace it, don't limit yourself and at least try because without trying comes regret and the never knowing. When you do try, hopefully it works out and if not at least you know that you did and that will give you peace of mind.

its...strange seeing how I feel so alone/lonely feeling like this yet sooo many of us are feeling the same way. My life is not stagnant, and Im trying my best each day, but somehow despite knowing what I want to accomplish, I feel a sense of being lost. I don't know who I am anymore, and I dont know how that happened.... I'm just 20 and my whole teens I was living my best days (in hindisght) and I knew myself, I'm not sure how this situation came to be, I'm just hoping to be out of it soon

we're in this together ❤ I feel that sometimes even just knowing, being self aware and being able to reflect is big enough in itself to start moving on, it's always a journey finding who we are and is so ever-changing, someone I went to primary school with once said to me 'you've changed' but they meant it in a bad way and I was thinking well I really hope I have changed because I want to constantly evolve and be a better person. Sending you love!

It’s funny cuz although I’d see all these people in the same/similar point in their lives as me where they feel a bit lost and what not I’d still feel as if I’m the only one and kinda like a loser sorta…but then when i step back and slow down and observe…I realize how self absorbed I am and in my head I was that I failed to notice “BITXH there are literally ppl that can relate to you so much!!! You’re not alone 🤦🏻♀️😫it’s ok you’re not a loser, but fine if you wanna say that…then you’re not the only loser (not in a bad way)” idk it’s comforting and helps me get out that slump 🙂🌅

Remember the text below: That's actually so true. Once you keep your plans to yourself, everything you planned and manifested seems to come along way easier and clearer than if you say it to someone. It seems like you somehow create this obligation and then overthink about your possible failure. I guess that's how it feels sometimes. Anyways, good luck.
