I enjoyed having Section 8 tenants they always were my best tenants, because they didn't want to lose their Section 8 privileges! The only problem, I hate it when the inspectors come out and look for SUPER small stuff. However, I learned they really just want a bribe in Chicago, smh. . .

Section 8 tenants are so underrepresented and if due diligence is done, you can get some really good tenants who are often better than market rate. I do agree with you that inspections can be a headache for sure from municipalities to HUD. We’ve learned what they look for and try to be proactive in fixing before they come. They still find stuff 😂 It’s sad that they need to be bribed. That’s crazy. Thanks for watching 🙏🏽
