Is 10B IRP PT PMA Capital required to be fully paid in the beginning and is there requirement to pay full amount even if the company doesn't require it? I read somewhere only 2.5B IRP is the initial minimum must be paid in capital (25%). Also how many (maximum) individual foreign persons can be shareholders?
