I saw your talk in York PIN last year. I am not sure I want to work with you. You seem to gloss over the room. You were there only for 1 reason and that was to get more people to buy your courses. It didn't feel like you were trying to help anyone or a decent human, just in there trying to line your own pockets. I didn't get a sense you give back to the property community. You are just there to present well, take people in to do mentor-ships, courses and sell your services. If that's my impression after half an hour, I am not sure I would get any value from you because it seems like you only want to make money from others but not serve others or help anyone. I might be wrong, but my gut instinct is usually correct.

Well unfortunately your gut is wrong in this case. I give a massive amount back to help others and to help people starting out. you cant please everyone and i wouldn't try, but i will say that if you did see me at the York pin meeting last year which I am not 100% sure you did as we did a speed networking event and I don't recognise you ? you will not of seen me selling anything. I never sell when I talk at events I just share my learnings and help people. I hope to see you soon and if we do let's have a chat pal.

You are right however, I must have confused you with someone else because you did not try to push your products or mentorships. You did provide value and provide a list of companies you use to systemise your processes. I also now remember, you saying that you shouldn't invest too much into rent to SA and must have a break clause. Yes hopefully see you soon, I see you are coming to the York PIN again tonight.
