How is he finding these developments that allow short stay within the lease? Most places don't allow short stay or air BnB in tower developments

Hi, it's because we are working directly with developers and block management companies across UK. That way you work together with them however you need to understand why they don't allow in the first place, its because people don't have the process and systems in place to avoid issues.
