it's the figure that heavily divided the fandom. but can a figure with this many features and sporting a roster of 35 really be all that bad?

ikr? i don't see why people complain about Brawl so much , i mean he is certainly one of the best brawl figures we've ever gotten , g1 brawl was like most g1 toys , energon Brawl mold was a mess ,movieverse brawl the leader is okay , doesn;t seem to poseable , and the deluxe is meh and FOC Brawl was 50% tank hanging on his back those peeps sure like to search for issues instead of actually enjoying the figure itself and the fact that it's a great representation of brawl (congrats on 5K btw =P )

oh also , speaking of mods , do you have a certain technique to applying reprolabels? since a friend of mine told me that he will get me a set of reprolabels for my TR Chromedome(i actually had some dubbed headmasters episodes that i used to watch as a kid so i have great attachement to his character) and i don't want to accidentally mess them up :P

Sorry, but i have to disagree with you on the fact that he is the best out of the deluxes.Honestly Rook, swindle/hound are the best maybe even Groove/afterburner. Brawl isn't great, he isn't bad; he is just OK or passable. Also yes the waist really hurts the figure IMO.

What I really like Brawls tank mode is that it's actually a based on a Leopard 2A7, in G1 he actually transforms into a Leopard 1A3 without that weird tacked on Cannons on the engine compartment

The color is about the most off-putting thing for me on this one. I mean I do understand where the choice comes from, but at the same time I think it was ill conceived of Hasbro to go with a tone more connected to the TV incarnation than the original toy being as Takara would very likely fill that niche with their own release. Otherwise I always thought brawl was okay for what he does, even if he's not in a genre I care much for.

I gotta admit You are the sole reason I’m trying to make stop motions And I just wanna know HOW! How do you get those stop motion parts so SMOOTH? It’s jaw dropping on how good your stop motions are But anyway I wish I was as eager on collecting transformers back when CW was the big buzz so I could get combiners without needing to fork out 600$ for a Superion with alpha bravo I HATE scalpers! practice mainly haha, but it definitely helps to have at least onion skinning, but even better if you can cycle through frames if you can do so without moving your camera also act out your motion and pay attention to how your limbs move. helps a ton in working out the motion

As far as I know there seemed to be a running change partway through production to tighten up the waist clip in, which is why nobody complained about it for UW bruticus cos takara used the tightened up version

the only thing I dislike of him is the short elbows. it makes him look like he has no lower arms and only hands. I think that is just me though.

theguyintheworks KZbin edition it's actually something I forgot to go into further detail on. i love the forearms and elbows. a large number of people complain about the proportions are weird, but theyreally aren't whem you think about it. not from the top of the shoulders, but from the actual shoulder joint itself down to the elbow is the same distance as from the elbow to the hand. this also makes the end of the hand stop just below the crotch which is actually very proportionate to the humanoid figure (I took art class on how to draw people and getting thier proportions right = P)

well I thought I was having something wrong with my liokaiser brawl molds . Cant remember the names off the top of my head, however the flat waist peice always gave me issues until I realized that where it seems to stop , it actually pusshes in and clicks and becomes more stable for robot mode. Look at it real close. I made like an acordian then pushed it and once it seems like its pushed in just wiggle it and push more and it will become stable. I just wanted to tell you that while I had a problem before with the waist, I actually dont anymore once I saw it could connect better

Donovan Whedbee that's awesome! and I was looking for offroad but I got him = P as for MP Ultra Magnus. it was the one I kept over the leader, but honestly I found they were just as good as each other. so I guess I would say it depends on what you're focusing on. if you're still collecting deluxes and generations and what not (which as far as season 3 people they actually have a complete cast madr for) totally by all means do the leadrr class. if MP collecting is what you do, MP22 fits in way better (obviously)
