this was a great video, very informative. but you didn't mention one thing, which when an object moves fast enough and stops just as quickly, it doesn't just stop where you want it, the energy used pushes it slightly past the point wanted before it sort of snaps back. so if you want the motion to look more real, you need that tapering of energy where the thing moves slightly past the point, (unless it hit something and the energy goes somewhere else) and then goes back where you want.

TBH the way I film a tripod just gets in the way, so uh... no. I say this from experience, I DO own a couple of tripods... but they just make my setup more of a hassle than it needs to be. Think that probably looks bad? Check my vids and judge for yourself. Also I am glad you at least brought up doing variances with snappy motion since that's more or less one of the most distinctive things about japanese animation style that I feel is somewhat overlooked when attempting to replicate. The flow of energy in most anime is focused more on having more frames for the start and/or end of a given motion, which is what gives it that distinctive style of motion it has.

@shadowz68484 жыл бұрын
@@TheLazyEyebrow yup, cuz I've been thinking how I could make earhtirse and siege and studio series and whatnot almost perfect, and my biggest complaint is scale
@TheLazyEyebrow4 жыл бұрын
@@shadowz6848 I don't know the specifics, but their cabs "should" be roughly similar sizes, the FLT being a little bigger
@shadowz68484 жыл бұрын
@@TheLazyEyebrow that's what I thought, because after looking at the animation model, grapple and inferno definitely compress, and because of that there robot modes should be the same (height) as. Optimus, but probably different sizes, width and depth
