Clarification to the scrolling text at the end. It's up to you to add or take away frames of your cycle based on your preference. I called them keyframes for some reason. Keyframes are just your strongest poses, that's all

@@Intercepticon_7 A gun's recoil, or kickback, is the backward movement a shooter feels when the bullet is discharged. When a gun exerts a force on a bullet as it's launching it forward, the law of physics says the bullet will exert an equal force in the opposite direction of the gun.

good vid! I would say though that I probably wouldn't recommend anyone go lower than this amount of frames for a walk cycle as it seems pretty much the minimum amount to be convincing, they are all keyframes after all so take any of those poses out and you'd lose massive amounts of visual clarity in the motion.

Stop motion definitely seems geared more for straight ahead animation. Where you just keep going forward with the movement of the figure. In traditional keyframe animation you do the main 3 key frames first and go back and do the in betweens, or "tweens" as they are called in the industry. I havent had a chance to do any stop motion in a long time, but Id to experiment with that.

Yaassssss! I said before how I have a figure that has horrible leg articulation but I do have voltron lions that I can use this video to help me a bit when I make them walk. It can also be useful to me cuz I’m thinking of getting earth rise or kingdom leader Optimus soon. (doesn’t really matter which since it’s the same figure but different box)

I heard that kingdom Optimus is about 1;87 scale. I wanted to check that. Now obviously I'm not gonna make someone take time out of their day to buy something for a question, Soo I did it myself! The proportions are wierd but this is it: (about) 2.6 inches length, 1 inchen width, and 1 1/4 inxhes tall.

So if you are planning on doing a transformation video, I would like to see how to do transformations for flying characters as there are seekers that would typically be in a stop motion and only ever seeing their jet form and then later seeing their robot form just feels wrong without a transformation by them for an entire series
