The factory where i work is exactly the same. We have a global company and if a person at the factory in for example America cuts their finger on a stanley knife blade, then the get banned here so then we cant do our job properly, and we threatened with disciplinary action if caught using one.

@@Chris22967 When I had a job we weren't allowed to use Stanley knives just in case we injured ourselves or damaged stock. We were supposed to use useless safety knives. I ignored the rules for the 8 years I worked there as I'm not an idiot, didn't injure myself, didn't damage the stock, and the bosses weren't bothered. We also weren't allowed to speed around and drift normal trolleys, platform trolleys, and cages, just in case we injured ourselves, or ran anyone over. I again ignored the rules as I got my jobs done faster, plus I looked where I was going, took a wide turn just in case there was someone around a corner, before speeding forward again.

i feel so sorry for people suffering from camera phobia, they must really have such a bad self-esteem. psychologists believe it is a mental condition caused by a lack of confidence due to one's appearance. a person who is emotionally insecure, or who is embarrassed by how they look, will continually shy away from anyone carrying a camera. the good news is that such a handicap is not necessarily incurable. they can seek professional help which has the potential of restoring their poor self-image, encourage them to be less concerned with how people perceive them, and ultimately allow them to live a more balanced existence.

I'm as ugly as a sack full of arseholes but I'd NEVER presume to tell someone to stop filming me. I'd slink off in the opposite direction. I tend to think it's people who are quite unhappy in themselves and who want to feel outraged. It's a much-used term now but 'Karens and Darrens' are the type who seem to enjoy outrage and anger. Then you've got those people who just want to bully others. Plenty of those about as well. There's one thing I guarantee we'd agree on; people who rant and rave about a camera in public cannot *possibly* be happy and content. They're just not the actions of a rational, stable individual.

Excellent work - the main man from the firm certainly didn't 'get' auditing, but DJ explained the situation well and offered him the chance to redeem himself / the company. Unfortunately this was not accepted and DJ offered his number plate checking service in lieu. Great drone footage - but does anyone else notice the audible sound when the zoom is activated or deactivated ? - I actually hadn't but someone highlighted this to me. I think not over emphasising the ability to film in public with the sign cleaning guy was a good idea. They had DEFINITELY been sent out because of you. As if they even clean the signs normally ! Good work DJ - brilliant.

I haven’t seen one of those “Style plates” for a long time. They were in fashion 20 years ago but I believe the police got a grip on them. If DVLA had a mind you could get that plate retracted and you’d be issued with a “Q” plate that would make your car worthless.

There is a push now within private organisations to train frontline staff in very basic counter terrorism and emergency planning training (I know because I have done a 3 hour E-course). I've no doubt that a lot of these guys have been told to engage with people doing things, lets just say, non-typical compared to the predictable drones within society (pardon the pun). They see you as undertaking 'hostile reconnaissance' as they have been told by their paymasters.

I'd have gone in just to complain about all those ear plugs being left around to cause issues with drains and local wildlife. I know its been said before on other videos but i can't stress this enough, you really need to find a way to improve the voice pick up, i can hear you fine but the people who appraoch you are very quiet. other than that, your videos are really awesome and you have gotten me into drone photography as a hobby so thank you for that as well.

According to signs posted along the Belgium motorway network some years ago, the butts of filter cigarettes take about 2 years to decompose. The environmental and economical costs resulting from flicking a butt out the window had to be taken seriously. The problem persists at this factory, plus foam earplugs.

The police do absolutely nothing about illegal numberplates. It's got to the point where at least half the vehicles driving through my village when I take my dogs for a walk, have plates with illegal spacing, fonts etc. I once called 101 about a particularly illegal one I had photographed. The call handler had no idea what I was talking about and actually suggested that you could pay the DVLA an extra fee to be allowed to alter the spacing to create words.

I live in a former pub that was built in the early 1700's Theres loads of people that have taken a picture of my house, because its an interesting building and not a modern square box
