Inositol & Megabenfotiamine & Rhodiola has been a game changer for me. And not eating 3 hrs before bed and doing a morning fasted exercise routine. Eating food in the order of: Protein, veggies - complex carbs, fats, simple carbs. And also doing a nutritional SIBO protocol on an empty stomach.

I've been taking 20 mg. DHEA, just went to 25 this morning. I didn’t know it would help me lose weight. I hope it helps. I didn’t hear you say anything about eating meat. I think it helps my hair to stay thick and shiny.

I was reading about myco and aflatoxins they really sound like bad news to the gut. So legumes and corn seem really bad let alone lectins how do we deal with those in our food?
