It is the electrical supply (live) to the Logo system, always on to keep the Logo up. The red wire going to top of the Logo is the control indicator (on/off), where the signal is indicated with 120/230volts. The lower red wire going to the Logo is powered where the red wire current is passed to the blue wire with the logo relay going on/off.
