Quitting reading comments on Social Media helps too. That can really fuck with thinking as you start to form your own opinions based on what other people agree on like when someone gets over 1k likes on a comment, you're more inclined to believe that school of thought when really most of them likes came from kids and bots. It can really make you view the world differently and make you more of a recluse to society instead of just going out and experiencing the world for what it is
