You'll have to request the service that runs the tool to add OpenRouter as an option. I use an SEO writing software that runs locally using only the user's own API keys and the creator added the ability to use OpenRouter API after several users requested it as a feature.

They serve different purposes. OpenRouter is primarily an API middleware for developers to integrate multiple AI models into applications using a SINGLE API key.
