Thank you for this video. The most important thing you reiterated several times.. If you're the buyers make your home the way you want it. Just a heads up when it comes to selling Appliances - fantastic advice. I'm seasoned and recall Westing House or Maytag..avacado green, chocolate brown and harvest gold. Lasted forever I just subscribed

I totally agree - especially the last advice. I plan to live in my just purchased home for at least a year before I do any personal upgrades. However, I spent quite a bit during the first two months living here, and I know it will not add one penny to the value - but I did it anyway: I decided to make sure my house was totally ready for an emergency. The odds of it happening are slim to none - but if I should ever be without power for an extended amount of time, I won't be the least bit concerned. I own large dogs so I knew there was no place that I could go if I needed to leave (no hotel, friends, etc.) so I just did it for me. Of course, that will guarantee that I'll never need it, but that's ok - better to be ready, than just hope it doesn't happen. :-)

​. Ohhh my gosh 😮 I bet if you were to view umm say a sewing channel on how to add pockets to a jacket or an auto channel for changing headlights . You might think wow very informative. You then you see another channel giving the exact or close to it info..Is it plagiarizing ??? The answer for me is NO ! . There were / are certain outdoor trends that many realtors will make mention of. Yes, they very well be the same.😂
