Just happen to stumble upon your video. I love deer heart. I just usually use bread crumbs and fry them up. I have to try your way. That looked good! Subscribed from the concrete jungle of NYC!

Good tutorial. I've always thrown them away and feel bad about it. How big big was this buck?

Loved how you mentioned not to showcase the cleaning, to your significant other. xDD There are way too many people that are squeamish to organ meat.

Ok, not much juice for the squeeze. Way too much work for a tiny amount of meat.

How do you usually like to cook them? I usually like to unroll them and do them in the slow cooker with some bacon, but figured this was a more simple technique to encourage people to try it in a way that isn’t like the whole heart or where they’re chewing through heartstrings. Leave a comment with some other recipes for people to try with less waste. Thanks.
